DID YOU KNOW THAT...?

In Great Britain, 1st April is April Fool's Day. On April Fool's Day people play tricks and jokes on their friends. All tricks and jokes must finish by 12 o'clock midday.

In France on 1st April, people play jokes called Poisson d'avril (April Fish). Bakeries decorate their windows with chocolate fish and people stick paper fish on their friends' backs.

In England and the USA, on April Fool's Day, newspaper invent stories to play tricks on people.

In Spain, people play tricks and jokes on 28th December. Children stick little paper men on their friends' backs.
